Gold detector device and its types

Gold detectors have so many uses in the short time they have been invented that they have become particularly popular in the treasure hunt industry. These systems have different types such as saddle or tracker radius system, dot point system, video system and frequency system, each of which has its own characteristics.

The gold detector, as its name implies, is a device that is capable of detecting the precious metal gold at various depths of the earth. This device has been invented for about 50 years and is still one of the most widely used devices. These systems are a subset of metal detectors that, unlike metal detectors, have the ability to separate metals and are made specifically for gold.

Difference between metal detector, treasure finder and gold detector

At first glance, we may assume that all three systems are similar and feel that their performance is quite similar and only nominally different. But in essence, the treasure hunter is a device that, in addition to detecting metals, is able to determine their value in terms of gold or not. Metal detectors are tools that are only able to detect different types of metals but do not have the power to distinguish between two metals, for example, for the presence of iron and copper in the same way informs the operator. But the gold detector can be considered a combination of both previous systems, so that in addition to detecting metals, it can also report its material to you and evaluate it.

Types of gold detectors

Gold detectors and metal detectors in general are classified into several different models according to their needs and efficiency. The most common device that has reached everyone today is satellite systems, which do not exist in the first place, because no device will be able to detect an element in the depths of the earth by satellite, and these names and titles Only advertising tricks can be considered. But gold detectors and metal detectors can be divided into female radius and female point, each with its own characteristics.

Radius of woman

This device, also known as a detector, has a low reputation among metal detectors because it only determines the range of gold for you and the error rate of this device is so high that even in some cases It reaches 50%. In principle, women's radii only show you the probable range of the gold element, which can be true or false.

Women's radii are generally divided into ion and frequency. In the ionic type of these devices, which are very error-prone, the device is attracted to gold ions. The high error of this type of female radius is due to the contamination of the soil with ions, which also confuses the operator. But the female radius is a much more advanced and accurate frequency than its ionic type because this device can be adjusted so that by giving information to its system, it moves towards the gold metal based on the given frequency.

Female point

This device is another type of gold finder that can show the exact location of the gold element in a point and with a much lower percentage of error from the detectors. In addition to reporting the exact location of the element to you, the women point also determines its depth in the ground. This device is more popular among people.

Frequency-percussion gold detectors

This type of gold detector, also known as BFO, is the oldest and simplest technology used in the treasure hunt and metal detection industry and uses two radio wave oscillators. The first oscillator is called the finder and the second oscillator is called the base, and the output and output of these two oscillators generate a signal and show you the location of the metal.

The device operates in such a way that when a metal enters the magnetic field of the oscillator's oscillating coil, its frequency changes and it produces a sound for the operator to notice. This system has not been used in industrial factories for a long time, and advantages such as simplicity of operation, low price and availability still make people want to use it.

Induction Gold Detectors (IB)

This device also consists of two coils that act as transmitter and receiver. The first coil sends magnetic waves and the second coil receives the waves. This system is more accurate than BFO systems.

The difference between high frequency and low frequency systems

Low frequency systems can more easily pass through objects such as stone, wood and mortar, which reduces their error rate to a minimum, but systems with high frequencies are deeper than They cover the ground, which can also reduce their quality and increase the error rate, and at deeper depths usually consider hard objects as the target metal and give the operator the wrong address.

Video gold detector

These systems are also more advanced models of finders that in addition to detecting the range, location, depth and type of metal will be able to show an estimated shape of the metal to the operator. Of course, no device is able to give you this operation accurately and with a perfectly clear photo and in the correct scales, and the images sent by these systems are such that it can be trusted approximately.

The most important features of the gold detector

This system must penetrate to a depth of at least 4 meters

Must have the ability to adjust the frequency

The gold detector is basically a type of metal detector, so it must be able to separate metals
